Graffunder “B” Bishop Series

Due to the nature of their applications and our philosophy of randomization, the following unit is highly customizable and tailored to the individual end user.

Door

• Outer plate: Minimum ½” (12.7mm) of A-36 steel, 3.5″ (88.9mm) overall thickness. On fire rated units, door is insulated with 1½” (25.4mm) UL approved insulating material. Fire rated units also incorporate high temperature heat seals in strategic areas.
• Anti-drill barriers: Hardened steel ball bearing plates
• Lock: U.L. listed group 2 mechanical lock
• Re-locking systems: Randomly positioned, independent live or dead re-lockers, both thermally and mechanically activated.
• Door Bolts: 1¼” diameter solid stainless steel

Body

Outer plates consisting of minimum ¼” (6.3mm) A-36 steel. On fire rated units, additional barrier of 1.5″ (38.1mm) proprietary high density, cement based composite material enclosed between outer plate and 16ga (1.5mm) interior steel body.
